TRUST TECHNICAL CONTRACTING EST is committed to maintain the highest quality standards in services, delivery and to enhance within an independently assessed quality management system. We provide a reliable and defect-free quality work and service that meets or exceeds client satisfaction as well as to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

  • Keeping in view our and ISO 9001:2015 requirements, the company has a culture of setting and reviewing policies yearly for all its departments.
  •  TRUST TECHNICAL CONTRACTING EST personnel are under instruction to implement and work, within their area of responsibility, in accordance with the instructions laid down in this quality manual.
  • The Quality is the backbone of every business, because quality is what creates reputation, word of mouth and repeat business. Without quality, it is extremely hard to build a successful company.
  • Identify and meet the needs of Customers thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. Maintain close contact with customers throughout all processes.
  • The company shall continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system by analysing customer feedback, conducting internal audits, imparting training where necessary, and reviewing the established Quality Management System.
